San Elijo Hills was constructed to offer the best of the modern world, while preserving its ‘small town feels’.  In San Elijo people know their neighbors, gather to chat in their front yards or near the mailbox, attend community events & take great pride in the sense of community that thrives there.

San Elijo Hills is planning to expand. The greatest part about the San Elijo Hills community is the “slowly but surely” growth of the place. The community  is now moving east where the views are some of the best in the US. Some newer developments are seen to offer a 180 degree ocean view, stretching from Mexico to Catalina Island. Only few points on the California coast offer these types of views!

It has been two decades since the development of San Elijo hills and there has been extensive improvements made. The value of the properties is evidently higher compared to the prices five years ago, and is expected to increase every quarter of the years to come.
