Coronado City, also known as Coronado Island, is not actually an island because it’s connected to the mainland by a ten mile stretch of land called the Silver Strand. Located just off the coast of Downtown San Diego and now connected directly to Downtown San Diego by the Coronado Bridge which was developed in 1969. With a population of just 24,697 this rear and small community has a ton to offer visitors and residents. Coronado Real Estate has an average sales price of $1,064,000 with the average Sq.Ft. of only 1,350.
